The Parker OIL-Xplus Replacement Elements are designed to maintain ISO 8573-1 Class 0 compressed air quality in existing OIL-Xplus housings. These elements remove oil, water, and solid particulates in both aerosol and liquid form, ensuring reliable protection for pneumatic tools, instrumentation, and process equipment.
Each element features pleated borosilicate glass media, stainless steel cylinders, and glass-filled nylon endcaps to maximize mechanical strength and minimize pressure loss. The optimized flow path reduces system energy consumption and ensures consistent filtration efficiency across the element’s service life.
Available in multiple grades — AO (1 µm), AA (0.01 µm), AR (1 µm dry particulate), and AAR (0.01 µm dry particulate) — these OEM elements are validated for continuous operation up to 100 °C (212 °F) and are fully compatible with standard OIL-Xplus filter housings. Offered through Total Filtration Services (TFS), they deliver energy-efficient, low-maintenance air purification for critical compressed air systems.
